Band Update, September 15

Hello Jerome Band families,

We have our first competition this weekend and we are so excited to perform our show this Saturday! Please come and support the Marching Band at Pickerington High School North. Having a large crowd reacting to the show helps us so much!

• 5:00pm: Band Room Doors Open for Changing to Full Uniforms

  • This will be our first time in Full Uniforms! Make sure you have all of your uniform parts.

• 5:30pm: Report Time, Practice Field

• 6:25pm: March to the Stadium

• 7:00pm: Kickoff!

OMEA Competition

Saturday, September 20, Pickerington High School North

• 1:00pm: Report Time, Full Ensemble Rehearsal, Celtic Stadium

• 3:00pm: Eat, Pack, Load - Food Provided

• 4:30pm: Depart for Pickerington High School North

• 5:30pm: Arrive at Pickerington High School North

• 6:30pm: Warm-Up

• 7:30pm: Performance

• 8:45pm: Awards

• ~10:30pm: Arrival at Dublin Jerome

• Parking

  • Set your GPS to 12445 Ault Road, Pickerington, OH 43147

  • When the on-campus parking lots are full, the parking team will direct you to park at the Kroger complex directly across the street from PHSN. There will also be a special duty Fairfield County Sheriff to help everyone cross the street. 

• Tickets

  • All ticket sales will be digital. All tickets are general admission and can be purchased here.

    • $12: Adult General Admission

    • $10: US Military Veterans/Senior Citizens/Children 12 & Under

    • A combo ticket that includes a printed program can be purchased for an additional $4.

FUNDdrive

Thank you everyone for a safe and successful Fund Drive! Shout out to our amazing coordinators, Darren Fitzgerald and Brian Cataldi! Nearly every route was completed and we brought in over $14,700 in cash and checks! Online donations are still coming in. Well done! Volunteer Updates

Concessions and Hospitality

We are doing great on concession help! Thank you everyone! We need just a few more volunteers for Hospitality each week, the Homecoming game on Sept 26, and a couple of crew chiefs for Senior Night (Oct 17). 

Our fearless leaders, Pete & Amy O’Neill, have a senior this year, so if anyone with experience could step in and help them out the concessions folks would be forever grateful!

Uniform Washing Crew Reminder

Drop off clean uniforms to the cage on Wednesday, 9/17 between 5:15-5:45pm. The next wash night is Saturday, 9/20 after the competition with drop off on Wednesday 9/24.
