Fall Event Sign-Ups

Concession Stands

Revenue from concessions stands is the number one source of funds for the Music Boosters, and we simply can't do it without help from volunteers.  Every band family is asked to volunteer for 3 shifts during the fall sports season and 3 during the spring. This help can be provided by parents, grandparents, friends of the family, and students.

 Choose from boys' or girls' soccer, freshmen or JV football, and girls' field hockey.  Every event matters!

Special Events

We feed our students a full meal before every completion and celebrate them during special events throughout the marching band season.  Please come serve food, or help with setup or cleanup for one of our special events. 

Uniform Committee

Wash Crew

Several times a season, we need a few volunteers to machine wash uniforms and return them before the next event. Instructions and detergent are provided.

We need volunteers to help students check in and properly hang their uniforms to keep them looking pristine.

Each year, we need to make sure each student's uniform fits perfectly.  Come help keep it running smoothly.

Hospitality Cookie Table

Hospitality

Hospitality provides snacks and drinks for both bands at all home football games after half time shows are complete.

Pit Crew and Chaperones

Pit Crew is a key piece of making every marching band performance run smoothly. They help move all the front ensemble equipment and props needed to start the show.  And we're on a time limit, so it all has to be done FAST!!

 

Pit Crew members and chaperones get free admission to their assigned event and field-level access during the band's performance. This is the best way to see the band up close!

Football Game Pit Crew

Pit Crew helps the band before pre-game and at halftime of both home and away football games. Pit Crew volunteers for away games also serve as bus chaperones.

2026 Competition Chaperones

Competition chaperones travel with the band to OMEA competitions.  In addition to regular pit crew duties, chaperones take bus attendance and keep the kids on schedule.
