Band Update, September 22

Hello Jerome Band families!

I hope everyone had a great weekend! We had a great first competition placing second out of 14 bands, including High Percussion! We are now working to put the rest of Act 3 on the field in preparation for our next competition on Oct. 4 at Grove City High School.

This Saturday is Homecoming, so I wish everyone a fun and safe weekend!

Homecoming Schedule

Friday, September 26

• 4:00: Student Report Time

• 4:20 pm: CPA, Competition Uniforms

  • All students should bring their duffel bags on Friday morning.

  • After attendance at 4:20pm, we will walk down to the church and begin our parade back to the school.

• 5:00 pm: Homecoming Parade, Dublin United Methodist Church

• 5:40 pm: Rehearsal with Alumni, Practice Field

• 6:15 pm: March to Stadium

• 6:35 pm: Pregame

• 6:40 pm: Homecoming Coronation

• 7:00 pm: Kickoff!

More Updates

Uniforms

• Students

  • Label your shoes and other items.

  • Duffel bags need to be taken home after every performance. Do not leave them in the cage or CPA.

• Uniform Washing Crew

  • Please drop off clean uniforms this Wednesday, 9/24, 5:15-5:45pm

  • No wash night this weekend. The next wash night will be Saturday, Oct. 4.

Spirit Wear

Show shirts are IN!! They will be available for pickup after rehearsal this Wednesday, September 24.

• A table will be set up to distribute shirts outside on the sidewalk (if there is rain, the table will be inside the band hallway). 

• Any orders not picked up will be left in the Band Room. PLEASE remind your child to pick up your order!!  

• We also have several yard signs in the Band Room that were ordered and still need to be picked up.

Concessions and Hospitality

There are still some concession slots that need covered. Please help out if you are able by checking out the following links:
